I try to put up my New Orleans fishing reports as soon as I can so that y’all can have the most current fishing reports on New Orleans available. This Saturday I had the pleasure of fishing with Mr. & Mrs. Anderson . I decided to go looking for some bull reds since the wind was laid down enough too make the ride down south . We fished with plastics for the first part of the morning catching a couple nice reds in the 10lb range and one 17lb around the islands and shore line . After that we headed to the pass to see if the big boys wanted to play .”FISH ON” we weren’t there 10 min and had a stud on the line taking drag . Ended up landing 6 big bull reds from 25lb to 30 lb and a 20lb black drum to boot . What a fun time those big fish are to catch. Capt Roy was also out on a charter for me with Mr Joey and his friends from Tennessee. They came in with a box full of reds ,sheep heads ,drum and a cat fish on their New Orleans fishing charter.
