Another good weekend of fishing New Orleans red fish in Lafitte , Louisiana . The fish have been cooperating and the weather has been too sometimes . We had a couple of thunderstorms come through this weekend but not enough to stop us from catching fish . If I see the weather is gonna have rain in it I stay close to an area where we can get out of it by going to one of the fish camps . Once the weather passes we go back to fishing. The red fish have been healthy in size and numbers . This weekend we mainly fished with blk/chart baby bull minnows on a 1/4 oz jig head just swimming the bait.
